Keep the floral arrangement in a location without direct sunlight and away from extreme heat or cold. Do not place the arrangement near a drafty door or near a source of heat for best results. Check that your arrangement base is not dry on arrival - if necessary, carefully pour a little water into the centre. The arrangement should remain in the hatbox and be watered regularly to ensure the foam base does not dry out.
